Symvana is free to use. Here’s exactly how it pays for itself, and the rules that keep that separate from what we recommend.

Partner clinics
Dry eye clinics can pay a flat monthly fee to join our specialist network. The fee never depends on how many patients are introduced or treated. Clinics must meet our vetting criteria first, and we only share a patient’s details with a clinic when that person has asked us to, given consent and been told which clinic it is. Paying clinics are only ever introduced through the specialist service. They can’t buy mentions, rankings or grades in our guides.

The rules we follow
